AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Limited Liability Company<\/strong> (Hungary, 1097 Budapest, K\u00e9n Street 6, company registration number: 01-09-694674, tax number: 12607037-2-43, represented by: Gyula Styaszni, Managing Director), hereinafter referred to as Service Provider<\/strong>, operates the AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D ONLINE STORE<\/strong>, and the following terms and conditions apply to products and services sold through this platform.<\/p>\n

Client<\/strong> refers to the natural person or business entity ordering products through the ONLINE STORE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/li>\n
  2. Delivery of products purchased through the AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D ONLINE STORE<\/strong> operated by the Service Provider<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. PURCHASED PRODUCTS<\/li>\n
  4. The Service Provider<\/strong> will ship the purchased and paid products at the specified shipping cost within 2 working days, depending on stock availability. The Customer<\/strong> will be notified via email about the shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    III. WARRANTY<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The Service Provider<\/strong> offers a 1-year partial replacement warranty at its own facility for purchased products.<\/li>\n
    2. The warranty requires the defective product to be sent to AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Kft<\/strong>, 1097 Budapest, K\u00e9n Street 6.<\/li>\n
    3. The Service Provider<\/strong> will inspect the product within 10 working days.<\/li>\n
    4. If the product is fault-free, the Service Provider<\/strong> will return it to the Customer<\/strong> at their expense.<\/li>\n
    5. Damaged products are excluded from the warranty. In such cases, replacement or repair will be carried out based on an agreement with the Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. The repaired or replaced defective product will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS<\/li>\n
    8. The Service Provider<\/strong> ensures compliance with all regulations related to vehicle driver and tachograph data processing under EC Regulation 561\/2006, Directive (2002\/15 EC), and the Hungarian Act I of 1988 (Sections 18\/A-L). It also commits to updating regulations in case of changes before their effective date.<\/li>\n
    9. PAYMENT TERMS<\/li>\n
    10. The Service Provider<\/strong> will send the invoice for the purchased products or ordered services to the Customer<\/strong> via email in PDF format.<\/li>\n
    11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/li>\n
    12. The Customer<\/strong> has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.<\/li>\n
    13. The right of withdrawal applies only to products in undamaged, flawless condition and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n
    14. In the case of withdrawal, the Customer<\/strong> must return the product at their own expense in its original packaging, along with the withdrawal statement and printed original invoice, to AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Limited Liability Company<\/strong>, Hungary, 1097 Budapest, K\u00e9n Street 6.<\/li>\n
    15. The Customer<\/strong>‘s withdrawal statement must include their name, bank name, address, IBAN account number, and SWIFT code.<\/li>\n
    16. The Service Provider<\/strong> will transfer the purchase amount to the Customer<\/strong>‘s designated bank account within 14 working days of receiving the product.<\/li>\n
    17. For withdrawal from services outlined in section 4, the issued invoice must be sent in PDF format to autoved@autoved.hu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    18. The Service Provider<\/strong> will transfer the purchase amount within 14 working days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement and the issued invoice email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      VII. SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION<\/p>\n

      1. The Client<\/strong> consents to the processing of personal data under this agreement. The Service Provider<\/strong> declares that it manages the Client<\/strong>‘s personal data in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. The Service Provider<\/strong> will use personal data exclusively to fulfill obligations specified in this agreement and ensures that only the respective Client<\/strong> has access to their data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. This contract is inseparable from the AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Kft GDPR policy.<\/li>\n
        2. The contract becomes valid upon the successful online card payment of the service fee.<\/li>\n
        3. Any matters not regulated in this contract are governed by the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.<\/li>\n
